Private Office

Can I work from my office 24/7?

Yes. The private workspace accommodates your schedule and is accessible to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Is a receptionist included?

Yes. Private offices are not only designed with modern and stylish furnishings, they come with a number of amenities to help set you apart from the competition. A professional receptionist to greet clients, secure, high-speed internet and WiFi, and mail service are all included.

 

How can I customize my space?

We pride ourselves in providing our clients spaces that are fully furnished and equipped to begin business in a turn-key location. We encourage you to make the space your own by adding a personal touch with artwork, lighting, and rugs.

 

I travel a lot to meet with clients. Can I use offices in other cities?

Absolutely. Fusion is a community and we encourage our clients to take advantage of the many benefits we offer, including workspaces nationwide. Visit any of our prestigious locations: Annapolis, MDGreen Hills, TN, Palm Desert, CA, Round Rock, TX.

 

Are rental terms flexible?

Yes. Our mission is to help you reach your goals. We are here for you as long as you need us, whether it is for one day or for a full year or longer.

 

Do you have offices to accommodate my entire team?

Yes. We have fully equipped offices both large and small. Our team of experts will help you find an office that meets all of your needs.

 

How soon can I move in?

Virtual Office

What are the benefits of a virtual office?

A virtual office gives you a professional address and mail services and allows you to book a private office or meeting room when you need it.  You will have access to all of the amenities and perks of a private office but for a fraction of the cost.

 

Who will know I have a virtual office?

No one. Our expert staff are trained to provide and protect the all important image. You can  choose to tell your clients you operate from a virtual office, but your secret is safe with us.  Fusion provides you with an address and access to offices in professional buildings. The terms of the agreement are between are private and we respect this at all times.

 

Am I able to use conference rooms?

Yes. You can host a meeting in a number of fully equipped conference rooms nationwide. For your convenience we offer bundled packages or by the hour.

 

Can I get a phone number in any area code desired?

Yes. Phone numbers are available in any area code you choose. We also offer toll free numbers to our clients.

 

What hours will my phone be answered?

You choose the time-zone that works best for your business. We answer calls from the east coast to the west coast and can accommodate the hours you need.

 

Can you customize call answering by screening my calls?

Yes. We can deliver any message you want to inbound calls and provide screening services so you can stay productive.

 

How do you handle my mail?

Mail is separated and stored for your convenience. We offer forwarding services if you are unable to personally pick up your mail.

 

Can I set up my virtual office online?

Yes. We encourage you to speak with one of our expert workspace team members who can help match you with the best space and services, but you can begin the application process online today.

 

Meeting Rooms

Is there a contract for booking a meeting room?

No. We do not require a contract for booking meeting or conference rooms. Decide the length of time you need and the best space to wow your audience and you are ready to go.

 

Is there a minimum amount of time required?

Yes. We have a minimum of one hour for hosting meetings in conference rooms. We also offer bundle packages which offer a significant cost savings over the hourly rates.

 

Do you offer discounted rate packages?

Yes, our bundled packages which can be found on our virtual office page offer up to 50% savings off the hourly rack rates.

 

Are catering services available?

Yes. Catering services are available in all of our meeting and conference rooms.  You can focus on your meeting at hand while we take care of the details for you.

 

Can we book the conference online?

Yes. All of our locations have the availability to book in real time and online.

Coworking

What is coworking?

Coworking is a type of workspace that brings people together that desire to work in an interactive and collaborative space. How coworking is changing how and where we work.

 

What type of companies use coworking?

Coworking spaces are used by many types of professionals such as entrepreneurs, start ups, expanding business’, government workers and home based business’.

 

Will it be a problem if I talk on the phone a lot?

Not a problem at all. We have many private breakaway spaces for your lengthy phone calls.

 

Is there a lengthy contract to sign?

Our contracts are simple, flexible and short.  You can sign for as little as a day, a week, month or longer.  Of course, the longer term you sign, the better rate you will receive but we are happy to offer flexibility for when you need it.

 

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers and business checks.  We do not accept international funds.

 

Do I need to wait until the first of the month to sign up?

No.  You are welcome to sign up anytime.  If you are signing up for a full month after the first, we will prorate your first month fees.
