A Florida Community College graduate with a bachelor's in Business Administration, Amy has more than 15 years of customer service experience and 7 years in phone answering.
Strong technical skills, keen analytical instincts, and a real talent for resolving conflict make Amy a natural leader for the PROS team and a go-to for monitoring and managing incoming calls. She loves the close, family-like culture at the company and takes pride in helping the team grow and succeed.
