Tell us about yourself and what you do?
My name is Steven Rivera and I work with Contract Service Group. I am the Area Manager that oversees the accounts open in the Coachella Valley. I am originally from OC, but I relocated here to step into this position as an account manager. Contract Service group has been operating for 30 years; we are a third-party contract cleaner, and we specialize in overnight housekeeping, maintenance, and staffing services for large hotel properties.
How did you get started in your industry?
I have been in this position for about a year. I started as a supervisor and quickly worked my way up to my current position as Account Manager. Much of my background is in the hospitality industry; I have about 8 years of experience, and I love every bit of it. It is super rewarding to get to know our clients, build relationships, and build great teams to put out into the workforce.
What is something about your business that most people do not know?
feel like most people don’t know how caring we are as a company. Our business is family owned which makes a huge difference in how we view and treat our team members and clients. They never were and never will be a number in our eyes. We care about each and every person that we employ and every client we assist. Our goal is to go above and beyond to make everyone is uniquely taken care of.
Where do you see your business in 5 years?
Right now, we are the new kid on the block. We are aiming to be the primary contact for housekeeping services in the Coachella Valley within 5 years. We have a lot of ground to cover but I know we will grow quickly. Our quality of work is unmatched compared to competitors in our industry, and it will propel us to the forefront.
Other than work, what are you passionate about?
I have a big heart for my family, and I try to spend as much time as I can with them. I also work a LOT, so whenever I have spare time, I try to take a trip home to visit everyone.
What types of activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?
I try to go to the gym as often as possible. I like spending days on the gun range, practicing my shot. Now that I live in the desert, I try to stay active. Some of my favorite activities are hiking, swimming, and relaxing

We chose Fusion because it perfectly fit the needs we had at that moment. We love it here because we have so many different options; Fusion also allows us to grow our space as we continue to grow. We are needing to expand for the third time, and this office allows us the amenities and flexibility to do so. We can’t wait to continue to grow into the Fusion office.
